Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force's Most Wanted

MANSFIELD, OH - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force has released its “Most Wanted” list for the week of May 20th, 2019. Each of the following four individuals have ties either in or around the Mansfield area:

Demetrius GARRISON

Age: 40
5’09 / 294 lbs. / black hair and brown eyes
Wanted on federal indictment for conspiracy to distribute heroin, cocaine base (crack), cocaine, and methamphetamine
Ties to Marion, Galion, Norwalk Ohio and Detroit Michigan

Jay NIELSEN

Age: 31
5’07 / 172lbs / red hair and blue eyes
Wanted on parole violation out of Michigan on original charge of home invasion
Ties to Plymouth and Willard Ohio, Enola Pennsylvania, and Mancelona Michigan

Juan WESTBERRY

Age: 38
6’00 / 180 / Black hair and Brown eyes
Wanted on federal indictment for Conspiracy to distribute drugs
Ties to Mansfield, Galion, Marion Ohio areas as well as Chesterfield and Detroit Michigan

Stevie CONLEY Age: 34


5’11 / 160 lbs. / black hair and hazel eyes
Wanted on parole violation, original charge is escape. 
Ties to Mansfield, Willard, Shiloh Ohio

Anyone with information is asked to call the Task Force at 419-774-3565 or 866-4-WANTED or text keyword WANTED and the tip to TIP411 (847411).

Tipsters may remain anonymous and a cash reward may be available. The Task Force’s “Dangerous Dozen” fugitives can be viewed at http://www.usmarshals.gov/…/fugitiv…/pdf/dangerous_dozen.pdf, which is updated monthly.

The NOVFTF Akron Division consists of the following federal, state and local agencies:

United States Marshals Service, Mansfield Police Department, Ohio Adult Parole Authority, Richland County Probation, Richland County Sheriff’s Office, Ashland County Sheriff’s Office, Bucyrus Police Department, Galion Police Department, Huron County Sheriff’s Office, Lexington Police Department, Loudonville Police Department, Ohio State Highway Patrol, Ontario Police Department, Plymouth Police Department, and Willard Police Department.

February 22, 2019 - The U.S. Marshals recently launched a new mobile and web-based app that allows the public to anonymously report information they believe will help authorities track down and arrest wanted fugitives. The USMS Tips app works on Apple and Android devices, and can be downloaded from a mobile provider’s marketplace. It can also be accessed online at www.usmarshals.gov/tips.
