Multiple Drugs Seized After Investigation In Bucyrus

BUCYRUS, OH - A multiple amount of drugs were seized after a traffic stop and search at a residence in Bucyrus. 

On July 16th, the Bucyrus Police Department conducted a traffic stop on two individuals on Hopley Avenue in the area of Southern Avenue. The Crawford County Sheriff's Office K-9 Unit provided assistance with the stop. 

A search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of Methamphetamine, Cocaine, THC oils, and approximately 1 pound of Marijuana. 

Officers then executed a search warrant at 341 Hopley Avenue and seized suspected narcotics, a kilogram of methamphetamine, a large amount of cocaine, a large amount of prescription drugs, THC oils, seveal pounds of Marijauna, and other drug related items. 

Two individuals were taken into custody and now await formal charges from the Crawford County Prosecutors Office. 

The search was part of a large on-going investigation by the Bucyrus Police Department.
